As an ISO 9001:2015 certificated manufacturer, Yuanxing manages to keep continuity of whole quality system.
The YUANXING Quality Control team, comprised of 20 trained inspectors, is divided into IQC, IPQC, and QA groups. The IQC group is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and components. The IPQC inspects quality during the process to ensure the entire process operates normally. The QA group performs quality control of finished products, ensuring the entire production process is under control.
Main test and inspection instruments include transformers checker, relay protection test set, Digital Storage Oscillograph, Fault Recorder, Insulation & dielectric strength tester, magnetic materials tester, LCR tester, high precision digital multimeter, micro-ohmmeter.
